Dry-cleaning
Bag available in your room for washing or dry-cleaning. You can hand over at the Front Office before 8:30 hours. Your laundry will be returned the same day 18:00 hours. This service is not available on Sunday and on public holidays.
Housekeeping
Our housekeeping service takes care of the cleaning of the rooms between 9 am and 1:30 pm. Additional blankets/ pillows etc. available upon request Front Office
Laundry/ ironing
Facilities can be found on the second floor in the Guest Service Room. It’s free to use.

There is a safe in the wardrobe of your room. The instructions for use are decated on the safe. If you need assistance, please contact the Front Office
Fire: ALWAYS REMAIL CALM!
Report any fire immediately to the reception. The please leave the building and assemble at the car park. In case of thick smoke, you should remain as close to the ground as possible. Always feel the door and the door handle for the temperature, if they are hot, DO NOT OPEN! In case of fire, the lift does not work. Therefore, proceed to the nearest staircase to go down
